Porridge is currently extremely popular, so why not bake bread with it? The mild but grainy taste of the oat porridge combined with the nutty note of the spelt is a perfect basis for sweet and savory breakfast creations. The porridge also keeps the bread fresh and juicy for a long time. We let the cooked oats soak for a full 24 hours, our own spelt sourdough is also allowed to mature for 18 hours and then the bread is given another hour to develop its aroma before baking. We think the effort is worth it, because you can only get bread like this from us!
