The green coffees are roasted batch by batch to bring out their individual aromas. In the blends, the individual aromas are combined to create a harmonious concert.
The MAQII coffee world is available in three roasting categories: Medium , Strong and Very Strong . In every category, the coffee must have a wow effect. Otherwise, it is not a MAQII.
MEDIUM Light brown roasted, light to medium fruity notes and sweetness.
STRONG Dark roasted, characteristic malty to nutty roasted aromas.
VERY STRONG Very dark roasted, very strong roasted aromas, incomparable roasted sweetness. For professionals.
